I have been an active member of the Ghanaian Student Association (GSA) for the past two years, where I’ve had the opportunity to connect with others, celebrate culture, and help plan events for the campus community. This school year, I serve as both treasurer and secretary, which has allowed me to take on more responsibility within the organization. In these roles, I help manage the organization’s finances, keep records of meetings, and support event planning and coordination.

Being part of GSA has helped me grow in leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills while also giving me a space to represent my culture and build community on campus. It has been a meaningful experience that has strengthened my confidence and improved my leadership skills.
