What I learned
This project taught me how to think like a real healthcare leader instead of just a student. I had to look at real problems like budget cuts, competition, and community needs, and then come up with actual solutions. It wasn't just writing a paper; it was problem-solving. I am proud of this work because I didn't give up even when it got hard. This is the kind of thinking I will need in my future career, and this project proved to me that I can do it.
