This presentation outlines the challenges rural communities face in recruiting and retaining medical professionals, leading to a physician shortage.
What I learned
I decided to include this assignment because it’s one of the projects I’m most proud of. I spent a lot of time researching the real challenges rural communities face in healthcare and worked hard to ensure the information was clear, organized, and meaningful. This topic was completely new to me at first, and diving into it really opened my eyes to how unequal access to healthcare can be depending on where you live.
